Starting tomorrow the public will get to decide who goes into next year's Big Brother house.
In an Australian first, budding 2008 housemates are being asked to make a 90 second YouTube style video to be posted on the Big Brother site and judged by the general public.
The first of the audition video’s will go ‘live’ tomorrow.
The top three will have a guaranteed spot in the House and the top 50 will automatically go through to the second round of auditions.
In previous years Big Brother has held public auditions in major cities which have attracted up to 40,000 entrants.
Some of the videos are said to feature previous Big Brother Housemates desperate to get back on the show.
While the site goes live tomorrow entries have not closed and wannabe housemates can still enter their videos on www.bigbrother.com.au
The move is part of a more generalised freshen up of the RealityTV juggernaught under the stewardship of new executive producers. New hosts for next year's show have already been signed.
