OH BROTHER EXCLUSIVE
Fresh from his last coup bringing Vanilla Ice to Wagga Wagga, Big Brother winner Greg ‘Logan’ Matthew is again set to get the town’s youth rockin’ with his Dusty Days music festival.
The event, in its third year, boasts such acts as Sneaky Sound System, Midnight Juggernauts, Spiderbait, The Beautiful Girls, Bliss n Eso, Potbelleez, and Kid Kenobi.
Matthews, who is also co-owner of Newcastle’s King St Hotel, says he’s always keen bring quality acts to regional centres.
‘Sydney people trip over festivals if they’re not careful there are so many, I’ve been trying to bring well known acts to regional centres like Wagga because when I was going up there was never any good stuff on,’ says Matthew.
The Reality TV star cum Promoter and Hotelier says he’s only selling 5000 tickets to the ‘boutique event’ to avoid massive crowds which get in the way of the fun.
‘I’ve limited capacity to 5000 so everyone can avoid long queues to get a beer,’ says Matthew.
‘I hate going to events that are so packed you miss half the acts while lining up for the toilet,’ says Matthew.
Tickets for Dusty Days, to be held on March 15th, are available through Moshtix.
