Doctors are baffled by an illness that has struck down Big Brother 2005 housemate Rita Lazzarotto.
The motor-mouthed intruder has been rushed to Dandenong Hospital in Melbourne after falling sick on a boat trip on the Amazon river deep in Brazil’s remote interior.
The intrepid traveller, who takes up to five overseas trips a year, was a ‘virtual prisoner’ on the rat-infested boat and was forced to eat out of a communal bowl with 200 locals.
